Job Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the flow of parts, equipment, and materials in and out of the facility while also providing basic technical support for company systems, software, and hardware. This role is critical to maintaining efficient shop operations, accurate inventory control and accounting, and uninterrupted business systems for dispatch, billing, safety, statewide environmental and fleet management.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2+ years of shipping/receiving, warehouse, or parts management experience preferred
· Basic knowledge of automotive or towing equipment strongly preferred
· Basic I.T. knowledge (hardware, software troubleshooting, networking fundamentals)
· Valid driver’s license required
Skills & Abilities:
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory systems, dispatch software)
· Problem-solving mindset for both operational and technical issues
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
· Combination of office, warehouse, and shop environment
· Exposure to vehicle parts, fluids, and shop conditions
· May require lifting 50+ lbs and working indoors/outdoors
Performance Expectations:
· Maintain accurate and organized inventory systems, records, receipts and vehicle history maintenance logs.
· Ensure timely and error-free shipping/receiving processes
· Minimize downtime by supporting both parts flow and I.T. systems
· Contribute to smooth daily operations of towing and mechanic services

Quantum Towing was born from a dream that the owner, John Rodriguez had to start a business that would benefit the community he lived in.
John Rodriguez was born and raised in Buda Tx and considers it and the surrounding Hays and Caldwell Counties home. He has a strong love for his family, his God and his community, giving of himself to help those in need. His faith is the driving force in his daily personal life as well as the operation of his business. He works daily with his long time wife Ladonna and sons, John Dylan, Justin, Joshua and Jared. His commitment to his community is evident by his many chartable acts within Hays and Caldwell County while also showing support for those communities by participating in parades, festivals and Chamber of Commerce events.
